Q: Are your products handmade?
A: Yes! All our garments are handmade in our Istanbul studio. We cut, sew, and print each piece ourselves, using cyanotype and DTG (direct-to-garment) techniques.

Q: What does made-to-order mean?
A: Made-to-order means we start producing your item only after you place your order. This helps us reduce waste and offer more personalized pieces.

Q: Can I customize my order?
A: We offer limited customization. Please contact us before placing your order to check availability.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are shipped from our studio in Istanbul, Turkey.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide.

Q: What is your processing time?
A: Production takes up to 14 business days, as each item is handmade to order.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A:

  • Standard Shipping (US & Europe): 4–9 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Other Countries: 6–24 business days depending on location

Q: Which shipping carriers do you use?
A: We work with multiple carriers including DHL, USPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination. All shipments are processed through our logistics partner, Shipentegra.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: Only if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us immediately at info@zoozartstudio.com.

Q: Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
A: Yes. We ship all international orders under DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). This means that taxes and import duties are not included in your checkout total and may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my item?
A: Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging at info@zoozartstudio.com. We’ll help resolve the issue.

💳 Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, Iyzico, and other regional payment options supported by Shopify.

Q: Do you offer payment plans or installments?
A: Currently, we don’t offer payment plans.

Q: What size should I order?
A: Please refer to our size chart on each product page. If you’re unsure, email us before ordering.

🎨 Technique-Specific FAQs

Cyanotype Products

Q: Are cyanotype prints permanent?
A: Yes, with proper care. Cyanotype reacts to UV light and may shift slightly in tone over time. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and follow the care guide.

Q: Is each cyanotype print unique?
A: Absolutely. Each cyanotype print is exposed by hand, making every piece one-of-a-kind.

Q: Will the color wash out?
A: Cyanotype prints are water-resistant but sensitive to strong detergents and bleach. Hand wash cold and dry flat.

DTG (Direct-to-Garment) Products

Q: Will the print crack or fade?
A: DTG prints are durable when cared for properly. Always wash inside out in cold water and avoid tumble drying at high heat.

Q: What inks do you use?
A: We use water-based, eco-friendly pigment inks that are safe for skin and long-lasting.
