1. Personalized Products
Due to the nature of personalized and made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt (as outlined below). Each item is custom-made to your specifications.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. To initiate a return, please:
- Take photographs of the damaged or defective item.
- Contact our customer support team at info@zoozartstudio.com, including your order number and relevant details.
Upon receiving the required information, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
3. Conditions for Returns
Apart from damaged or incorrect items, returns are not accepted. As each product is personalized, returns for incorrect sizing or color choice due to user error will not be honored. Please ensure you carefully review your order specifications before finalizing your purchase.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refund requests will be processed once the returned product is received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank, typically taking 5-10 business days.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items, except in cases where the product is incorrect or defective. In such instances, ZOOZ Art Studio will cover the return shipping fees.
