ZOOZ Art Studio Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All products at ZOOZ Art Studio are made-to-order and require a production period. Orders are processed and shipped within 14 business days after the order is placed. This processing time allows us to create personalized items tailored to your preferences. Please note that this processing period does not include shipping times.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
We offer both standard and express shipping options to various destinations. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard Shipping:
- United States and Europe: Delivery typically takes 4-9 business days from the date of shipment.
- Other Countries: Delivery typically takes 6-24 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the location.
Express Shipping:
- For customers who select express shipping, delivery is typically completed within 1-3 business
days from the date of shipment, regardless of location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays. ZOOZ Art Studio is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. The cost will vary depending on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their respective countries.
⚠️ Please note: All international orders are shipped under the DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) terms. Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and may be collected upon delivery.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct and complete. ZOOZ Art Studio will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at zoozartstudio@gmail.com to update your information before the order is shipped.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure your order is packaged and shipped securely, ZOOZ Art Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to shipping carrier issues. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
